There are many different factors involved when making a recommendation to our patients. One must realize that there is no hearing aid that will fit everyone’s hearing loss, lifestyle needs and budget.
When you come to our office to discuss hearing aids, we spend a lot of your appointment time asking you questions about your areas of struggle and where you want to see the most improvement.
The Provider will then make a recommendation to you based on your hearing loss and your lifestyle. We always recommend that you bring a family member or loved one to this appointment as well so that you have help in making the decision that is best for you.
Review of Hearing Aid Costs
Once a recommendation is made, you will also be given a cost of the solution. If the cost is agreeable then the hearing aids will be ordered that day. If, however, the cost of your individual solution is a concern, the provider will discuss some alternative solutions which may include more cost effective devices or a choice of our interest free financing or extended financing.
Needless to say, there are many options and finding the solution that best works for you is the main goal of our office.
